metal4dTerms of Use
We at metal4d set out these terms to explain how our platform operates, what we expect from users, and how we handle accounts, payments, and disputes. These terms apply to every person who opens an account with us.
Our platform covers football markets such as Liga 1, live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), and esports categories (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). We accept deposits through DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. We process withdrawals through the same methods subject to verification and settlement windows.
Our services are available only where local law permits. Each user is responsible for verifying that access and use comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
Our metal4d account opening and use policy
When you join metal4d, we ask for your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact phone number. We use this information to set up your account and to comply with local gaming regulations. We do not share your personal data with third parties outside our service delivery and compliance scope.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately. We will help you review the account activity and restore security. We do not reimburse losses from unauthorised access if you have failed to protect your password or allowed others to use your credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates our terms, engages in fraud, or operates in breach of local law. If we close your account, we will release any remaining balance to your registered payment method within our standard processing window, subject to verification checks.
Our metal4d deposit and withdrawal flow
We support nine payment methods. E-wallets — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet — process deposits within moments. Bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual accounts settle according to each bank's processing schedule. We do not state fixed settlement times because providers control their own windows, especially during public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi.
Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity and payment details. You must provide a copy of your ID document and proof of address. This KYC (Know Your Customer) check ensures the account holder matches the payment method owner. Withdrawals process to the same method you used to deposit, unless you update your payment details in your account settings.
We do not guarantee withdrawal timelines
Settlement depends on the payment provider. Bank holidays, maintenance windows, and high-traffic periods may extend processing beyond standard frames.
Our metal4d bonus and promotional terms
We may offer bonuses or promotional credits to new or existing accounts. Any bonus is subject to terms we display at the time of offer. We do not state fixed bonus amounts in our general terms because offers vary. If we make a specific offer, we include clear conditions — such as minimum deposit, eligible game categories, or rollover requirements — in the promotion details.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. We will not retroactively remove bonus funds that have already been credited, but future offers may change. Users should review promotion terms before accepting a bonus.
Our metal4d dispute and jurisdiction policy
If you believe there is an error in your account balance, a match settlement, or a payment processing, contact us within 30 days. We will review your account history, match records, and payment logs. We will provide a response within a reasonable timeframe depending on the complexity of the issue.
We keep detailed records of all account activity — deposits, matches, settlements, and withdrawals. You can view this history in your account at any time. If you dispute a transaction, we compare our records against the official payment provider records and match settlement data from our feeds.

Our jurisdiction notice: metal4d operates under the legal framework that applies to our service delivery. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. We comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing rules. We may request additional documentation if we suspect non-compliance with these standards.
Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta — or any other location — are responsible for verifying that their use of metal4d is lawful under their local jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice. If you have questions about the legality of our service in your region, consult local authorities or a qualified legal professional.
Our metal4d liability and disclaimers
We provide our platform "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from unauthorised access. We maintain standard security practices, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats. If you suffer loss due to a security breach on our side, we will work with you to investigate and restore your account, but liability is limited by applicable law.
We are not liable for losses arising from your own account mismanagement, shared credentials, or use of the platform in breach of these terms. We are also not liable for losses caused by payment provider failures, payment gateway delays, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.
Match settlement is based on official results from our data feeds and the governing bodies of each sport. If a result is disputed or amended by the official authority, we will update settlement accordingly. We do not accept disputes over match rules or sport-specific regulations — those are governed by the sport itself, not by metal4d.
These terms are subject to change. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may request account closure and a refund of remaining balance subject to verification.
Our metal4d legal and jurisdiction framework
Service availability
We at metal4d offer our services only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming. We do not name specific countries or regions as legal or illegal because gaming law changes frequently and varies by region. What is permitted in one area may be restricted in another. Users are responsible for understanding their own local rules before they access our platform. We reserve the right to block or restrict access from any jurisdiction where we determine that offering our services would violate applicable law. If you are unsure whether metal4d is available in your location, we recommend consulting local authorities or legal counsel. We maintain geographic compliance tools that help us identify and restrict access where necessary. However, we cannot guarantee that our tools will always be perfectly accurate, and we rely on users to declare their location truthfully. If we discover that you have accessed our platform from a restricted jurisdiction, we may suspend your account pending investigation. Accounts accessed from restricted jurisdictions will not be reactivated, and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method on file subject to verification windows.
Account eligibility
Account eligibility on metal4d is governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not set a universal age requirement in these terms because legal gaming age varies globally. In many jurisdictions, users must be of adult age to access online gaming, while in others, different rules apply. When you open an account with us, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements under the law applicable to your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not barred from gambling by court order, personal exclusion, or other legal restriction. You also confirm that you have not been excluded from metal4d previously. We conduct age and identity verification as part of our Know Your Customer process. If verification reveals that you do not meet eligibility requirements, we will close your account and return any balance to your payment method. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information during account opening or verification is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
Local-law responsibility
Users of metal4d are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to their use of our platform. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not warrant that our service is legal in every location. You must independently verify that online gaming is lawful where you are located and that your use of metal4d complies with all applicable rules. Ignorance of local law is not a defence against violations, and metal4d is not liable for any legal consequences you face as a result of using our platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited. We recommend that you check with local government bodies, gaming regulators, and legal professionals in your area before opening an account. If you have any doubt about the legality of metal4d in your jurisdiction, do not access the platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who operate from restricted jurisdictions, and we may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Your continued use of metal4d after account opening constitutes your acknowledgement that you have verified the legality of your use and that you assume all legal responsibility.
Data and privacy scope
We collect personal data for account opening, identity verification, and payment processing. Our privacy policy sets out in detail what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it. For KYC purposes, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, national ID number, and document scans (ID photo, proof of address). We use this data only to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing rules. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data with payment processors only to the extent necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal. We may retain your data for a period set by applicable law — typically several years after account closure for regulatory purposes. You have the right to request access to your personal data and to request correction of inaccurate information. You may also request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact our support team to submit a data access or deletion request. We will respond within a timeframe set by applicable privacy law, typically 30 days. We employ standard encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Contact for legal inquiries
If you have legal questions or compliance enquiries regarding metal4d, you may contact us through our support channels listed on the platform. Specify that your inquiry is a legal or compliance matter in your message. We will route your enquiry to our legal team for response. We aim to respond to legal inquiries within 10 business days, though complex matters may take longer. We may request additional information from you to fully understand your inquiry. We do not provide legal advice to users, but we will clarify our policy and practice in response to your question. If you believe we have violated applicable law, you may file a complaint with the relevant gaming regulator or authority in your jurisdiction. You also have the right to pursue a dispute through our internal dispute resolution process, as outlined in our Terms of Use. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to external authorities depending on your location. All legal correspondence should include your account number, a clear description of your issue, and supporting documentation.
